Entre Phillip e Jessica eu estava na torcida por Phillip, já que o estilo dele é super autêntico. A Jessica tem uma grande voz, uma técnica vocal fora de série, mas sabemos que no estilo dela tem muitas cantoras americanas. Não traz novidade, não traz frescor à indústria musical. Fora que o Phillip, com seu jeito de garoto tímido, é cativante. Ele tem muito mais carisma como artista que a Jessica, além de ter demonstrado muito mais sensibilidade quando foi homenageado em sua cidade natal. A emoção que ele sentiu, ele conseguiu nos transmitir. Entre os três finalistas, ele foi o que mais me comoveu.

Joshua é, indiscutivelmente, uma grande cantor e intérprete, vai ter, com certeza, uma grande carreira, assim como Jessica, mas creio, na minha opinião de fã declarada do American Idol, que o título ficou nas mãos de quem deveria ficar.
